So my friend is in Annie Get Your Gun, with Bernadatte. She Says...yeah come and see it and after I'll meet you at the stage doors and you can meet the cast, including Peters! So I was psyched. I was ready. I had my tickets and my glasses and headed out. Well the show was Amazing, it was a very strong cast, and I couldnt wait to meet everyone, especially Bernadette Peters.
The Show Ends, and we applaude and stand and whistle and leave the theater, and I forgot to meet up at the stage doors! How can you forget something like that you ask? I dont know! I was this close to meeting her and I forgot.
Then, a few years later in my acting class, we watch Into The Woods. I realized how much of a moron I was to miss out on meeting her.
Well it's cool, I'm only 14, I'll have a lot more chances to meet her.But I was so close!

Awhh.. man. That's pretty rough 
But like you said -- there will be plenty of chances to meet her. She's really so neat offstage. Real quiet.
