Hello everyone, I am new...
i simply fell in love with bernadette peters after watching Gypsy. I am looking for anyone with appearances or performances on VHS to email me, as i would love to have some stuff to watch. i just got all her cast recording and her dvd/cd. if you can help me please email me at jeremiah@citynet.net
i will pay for shipping and the trouble of copying stuff for me.

There is a guy named Jeff Barnholdt that has most of her television appearances on a collection of tapes. Use a search engine to find him cuz I don't remember the name of the website and I'm not on my own computer. But if you would really like the 2003 Tony's, I have a copy and could find out prices for a tape/shipping, and such. Just let me know.

I love to see anything with her too. Especially the Tony's where she performed Gypsy. Which songs did she sing?

At the Tonys she performed Rose's Turn, which was absolutely incredible. Her performance brought the entire house to its feet almost immediately. You might be able to find a copy of that on Bearshare, or another fileshare download program.
As far as Jeff goes, I don't think he's selling the tapes anymore. I mean, I'd recommend looking up his web address and emailing him, but I remember him saying that he was leaving for a trip -- not sure exactly what the deal was with that. But try emailing him anyway. Just don't be angry if you don't get a response. I don't think he was planning on bringing the PC, so it might not be his fault.

I spoke to Jeff about a week ago, and as far as I know he's still selling the tapes. He just recently added a third tape to the Bernadette collection (which he is sending me along with a Barbra Streisand one).

Is he, really? Because back in July, I remember him saying he was going to stop selling the videos to go on some sort of road trip. I wonder whatever happened to that....

I just received tape #3 in the mail yesterday so he is definately still selling them.

Yeah, he told me that he was going on a trip. Maybe he just got back. How long did it take you guys to get your videos. I was just wondering when to expect mine.

He sends them out asap. He emailed me actually about a month ago to tell me he had added a third tape, so if he went on a trip he's been back for a while.

I'd guess mine took about a week from the time I paid him until they arrived. They were sent media mail so that slows things down a bit, but they really didn't take a long time at all to get.

I won the whole collection on ebay and it's spectacular!!! It's amazing that Jeff has so much material caught on tape. I absolutely love the collection And Jeff is a great guy to do business with!
