This is old news to you guys, I'm sure -- I'm new here -- but when did "Making Love Alone" get dropped from the Carnegie Hall Album? My first copy has it, the couple I bought as gifts have it -- the new copy I just bought doesn't. The prudes have struck, it seems.

Wow, I've never heard of that one. My version of the CD has the track, but Amazon.com doesn't list it. On the detail page it says "Audio CD Feb 23, 1999" so maybe that's when they switched it off?
