Well I just received the playbill to the musical W.C. which I had purchased through ebay. This was a musical with Mickey Rooney as W.C. Fields and Bernadette as Carlotta Monti. It toured in the summer of 1970 or 1971, but never made it to Broadway. The playbill I bought is from the Shady Grove Music Fair in Maryland. Bernadette's bio is cute and interesting. The first part just lists some of her credits, but here are the last few sentences. "Having appeared on both variety and dramatic shows, Bernadette is no stranger to television viewers. She plays piano, guitar, and the whistle; likes old songs, old jewelry, and people; especially, Carol Burnett, James Earl Jones, B.C., Charlie the Tuna, and Rocco. Bernadette is Pisces and has naturally curly hair." There's also a really cute picture of her with a beaming smile next to a picture of Rooney looking drunk and/or heavily medicated.LOL. Sorry, I'm just delighted with my new acquisition and wanted to share a few details.

I was just searching the web for some info on Miss Peters and come across this site. I did find the program for this show on eBay last night. Here's the # 300243758321.

So she likes "old" people too?!?
That's awesome, Karen. I'd love to see a scan from that too.
I haven't seen that made-for-tv movie with Rich Little since I was a kid. Does anyone have a copy of that?

Wow, that's an old post--almost 5 years ago.
Okay, Rocco was her poodle and Charlie the Tuna was presumably a cat, but who was B.C.? A boy friend or a pet?
