I was taking a look at some of the pictures on the bstelzer.com site and I noticed two of Bernadette with a manPeterMyers.jpg. I also notice that it looked like she had a ring on her finger, I know she was never married before but was she ever engaged before Michael?

I believe he was in Sunday in the Park with George with Bernadette and I think those pictures are from the opening night.

Hey does kind of resemble the sailor from the show, although there is another photograph of them together on a different occasion, maybe she just brought him as her escort to something?

Well actually Bill Parry played the Boatman and is also playing Pop in Gypsy. I think the Meyers guy was in the chorus (like one of the background characters that never had a name) and maybe he understudied the Boatman. I know I looked it up at some time when I first saw that picture but now I'm forgetting everything.

Either way, the ring is on her right hand so it's just jewelry..can't be an engagement ring.
