Well, well, I was wondering when she would be up for a little publicity...coincides with Broadway Barks, eh?

Thanks, Bwaybaby..I'll start practicing setting my VCR now.

Yeah, I figured she would be on that week. She has so much to promote - Gypsy, Broadway Barks, Prince Charming on July 13th and the new Gypsy CD. Can't wait!

Well, I think most of us assumed she would be on that week, but thanks to BwayBaby we now know the actual day. Thanks

I'd love to see Mary Tyler Moore and Bernadette together (again) --have they ever done publicity together for Broadway Barks?

From what I can remember..I don't think they've done any TV interviews together.I guess Bernadette is more of the "spokesperson" for Broadway Barks
I know last year Mary didn't do much press for the event because she was so busy with a movie. But they both still work very very hard on the event and the cause in general...including countless other people.

Oh good. Thanks for the info. Since the cast recording isn't coming out til August now (boo hoo), she'll just have to come back to promote that in August. Or maybe she could do that on the View. At least she won't have to get up as early.

Were you wondering if Peters and Moore have done any Broadway Barks related TV interviews together or any TV interviews. They did do at least one when The Last Best Year was first on. They were on Good Morning America and Joan Lunden interviewed them. They even did the intro Good Morning America thing. They switched names and were being kind of goofy. Moore said something like "we're usually not this stupid" and Peters made a face like "well that's debatable" and the crew started laughing.

Yay, I'll have a bright spot of watching Bernadette in my day ...before I have my wisdom teeth taken out.

I can't wait for July 8th! Last August 14th I woke up at 3 in the morning to catch a train and just barely got into Regis and Kelly. It was such a fun show though!!

LOL this is funny. I just had some dental work done too....I had my first cavity (EVER) filled; one cavity isn't bad considering I'm 21 years old, but I was traumatized for about 2 weeks...I was afraid to eat at the risk of getting more cavities.

Thank God I work in a dental office and get free work done.

Word to the wise (from someone who had 2 wisdom teeth pulled): avoid getting a dry-socket. Don't suck on ANYTHING! Not a straw, not even air or saliva...and don't put too much presure on the gauze (that will cause the bloodclot to come out)...which is what a dry-socket is. If that happens (like it did to me), you'll have to get it artificially packed, and that hurts like hell.

Shainna-
Listen to Christine! She knows what she's talking about. I had wisdom teeth pulled when I was 19. I don't know if Christine had to do this, but I had to sleep sitting in a chair the first night. I don't remember actually getting them pulled-I had general anesthesia (sp?),but I'm so short that it knocked me out.

Better to have it done now when you're young than wait until you are in your 30s-like my father-and have them done. It's much worse.

I had all four, deeply impacted, wisdom teeth pulled 3 days after graduating from college. And about 2 days after that I had a job interview. I had such a hard time concentrating because of the pain medication I was on and the bruising on my jaw made me look like I had been in a bar room brawl or something. Needless to say, I did not get the job.

Now tell me. What does this have to do with Regis. LOL

Yeah, I'm having 4 taken out, they're also deeply impacted. Not cool. I definitely won't drink through a straw after reading that!

lol, the topic came about because I mentioned that I'll get to watch Regis, and then immediately go get them taken out, so watching Regis will be the bright spot in my day.

Listen to Christine... I got a dry socket when I had my wisdom teeth out and the pain was the worst pain that I could ever have imagined. Or I thought it was, until they packed it...I get chills just thinking about it.
