Very very cute--a designer's daughter, I forget who now--designed it. But then of course you can't miss Central Park while the sun is out...try The Castle/ Shakespeare Gardens on the west side at about 72nd (?). Lovely. Have fun! =)

Another fun site: Toys-R-Us in Times Square. LOL I know it's korny, but the ferris wheel is ammusing. And they have a huge Barbie Dream House...ok I'm wishing I was 5 years old again.

Metropolitan Museum of Art; Guggenheim (I pride myself on having been to 4 of the Guggenheims in the world);
Museum of Natural History (and especially the IMAX movies and Rose Planitarium--I've gone to this since I was a grade-school student in Queens);
American Folk Art;
and, let's not forget Museum of Television and Radio.
Best sight: from the ferry that takes you to Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty
One fun thing I'd take a bunch of teens to: South Street Seaport

From: Long Island, New York & Boston, | posted: 6/24/2003 at 3:54:49 PM ET Thanks everyone! I think we'll go to the South Street Seaport and we were already going to Times Square. I've been to Serendipity before but the one time I went there was an hour wait to get seated. I guess because it was a Saturday night. Oh well, talk to you soon!
