I wasn't going to post on this topic, but I have to ask, is "locked" a common expression meaning plastic surgery or face lift? I've never heard that before.

don't worry. You're not missing any lingo.  I believe Bliss was referring to the original thread, which was locked. She was continuing the topic here.

No-bliss was commenting on the fact that the previous discussion was "locked." No one could post further responses in the thread. On this site,people can vote to have a thread "locked" and stop further posts. Look at the bottom of the page-you can "vote down" a thread. Either enough people voted to lock the thread,or Kevin (the webmaster) locked it.

LOL. Ohhh. I knew you could vote to close a thread, but for some reason, I didn't associate the term locked with the title bliss used. I was thinking "locked" as in people's faces getten kind of frozen in place after their skin has been pulled too tight.
