After the Nine segment this morning (which was actually rather lengthly -- conversation with Banderas, Masterson, Krakowski, and Benanti, followed by "Only with You" and more conversastion)Harry Smith said that Hairspray would be on tomorrow and then Frog and Toad and Gypsy. The Nine segment was taped Tuesday they said. Don't know if F&T and Gypsy will both be on on Friday or if one will be on the Sat. version of the Early Show.

I assumed they meant Gypsy would be on Sunday when they profile Bernadette. Do they have a Saturday version?

There is a Saturday Early Show which follows the format more of the weekday program although they have some kind of performance cafe and a chef on a shoestring segment. Melissa Errico was on a couple of Sat. back singing songs from her new album. Bernadette was on the Sat. of last year's Broadway Barks with a couple of dogs.

I don't think Smith was referring to the Sunday profile on Peters when he mentioned Gypsy.

Okay. Thanks. I looked on the CBS website and they only list one day at a time. Argggh!

I guess I'll need to try to watch over the next couple of days.

The strippers are doing their number on Sat. am, and Bernadette taped a segment for Sunday am.
