Thank you to everyone who's been posting their own reviews and the reviews that I've missed. I really appreciate it.

Since I saw "Gypsy" in previews the first time when Bernadette had her cold, I definitely had to go again. I've been waiting for so many years to see her belt out all those great songs in person that it seemed right to spend the cash. Sooo, I'll be there Labor Day weekend in the fourth row of the Mezzanine cheering her on. :-)

Does anyone know if the cast recorded their CD this weekend. I heard rumors that they might but haven't heard anything definite.

I really don't think they recorded the album yet...this was their first weekend after the opening (probably their first stress-free weekend in a while). My guess is they will wait until after the Tony nominations are announced, but I don't know.
