Why does Bernadette have to wear a wig for Mama Rose? Why not just re-style her own beautiful hair? It looked lovely when she wore it up and pulled back on the London video!I think it would be very hot wearing a wig over all that beautiful hair- and so what if Rose was blond!!

I read an interview with her and she was saying, about wearing awig for annie get your gun because it was very much like her own hair,that all the stage lights dried out her hair. could possibly be the same reason.....

they say bernadette's wonderful..........and she is

It could also be that the producers/director are trying to make the show as real-to-life as possible.
