When Gypsy was first listed on the Tele-charge website, the running time listed was 2 hours and 25 minutes, including a 15 minute intermission. I knew this was either wrong, or they were going to cut some numbers, which of course, they are not, thank God!
Now the running time listed is 3 hours, which is the correct time. I have seen Gypsy several times with Tyne Daly, Linda Lavin, and now Bernadette, and it has always run about 3 hours. So sit back, relax, and enjoy. It's
3 hours well spent.

Actually, it's 2:45, and expected to cut a little more time, without, thank God, cutting anything.

I don't mind the length of time, I just wish the first act was a little shorter and the second act was a little longer (of course then it wouldn't make much sense). It just seemes really long because of Act 1.
