OK, I haven't posted in a while but I have some exciting news regarding myself that I just thought I'd share:
I recently got a small part in a movie call "Lost Angel" and the lead actress is Alison Eastwood. And I have a scene with her! But the cool part is that I am working with the daughter of Clint Eastwood who, as you all are aware I'm sure, worked with Bernadette in 1989's Pink Caddilac. This means that as of March 25th, I will officially know Bernadette through 3 degrees of separation!
My friend and 3rd cousin lived in NYC last year and met her on the street, so that's only 2 degrees- from a completely different direction!
For a gal from a small city in Canada, that's a pretty big deal.

Congratulations on getting the part.  That's so cool! Maybe you can check in from time to time and let us know how everything is going...what the movie is about, etc.

Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't posted here in so long, I miss all the friendly people. The movie, "Lost Angel," is a cop movie. It's about Alison Eastwood's character (Billie)and she's a tough, not-afraid-to-break-the-rules type police woman. There's a whole story line with her younger sister, Sand, who is going through a goth phase. I will be playing Sand's gothic friend with a bad attitude named Azreal. I'm not sure where or when it will premier: it's a low budget american movie, almost all the other actors are local or Canadian. All have considerable experience though, I hope it will at least make it to a few festivals or something. But who knows in this business?
Hope that hasn't given away too much of the story line, I'd tell you the whole script but I'm probably not supposed to... though they haven't said anything...hmmm
