Hello folks. I'm new to the board. I was planning to go to New York in May to see Gypsy, and my tickets arrived last week. Due to a new computer system at work we can't take vacation from May-August (we just found out today). So I bought 2 more tickets for Gypsy in April, so less time I have to wait to see the show!!, but I have two tickets for May 19th (Monday) right orchestra Row L seats 22 and 24 (next to each other; right side is evens). I bought them from Telecharge for $100 each plus the service charges for a total of $217. I would like to get back at least part of my money, and Ebay is a hassle for a new seller. SO, if you are interested in the tickets, I'll sell the pair for $150 (or best offer). Please e-mail me if you are interested.
Thanks!!

Welcome to the board!
I would love to buy the tickets from you, but I work on Mondays
I'm already taking off for the 31st which is a Monday. Good luck; and if I hear of anyone looking for tickets I'll let you know.

I appreciate that, Christine! Even though it's previews, it will still be the regular cast, right? I mean, I planned my trip around the show, so I would really like to see Bernadette in it. I've just never gone to the previews before.

It will most likely be the regular cast (unless someone gets sick). But Bernadette is not really known for missing previews. Plus, it is very crucial for the cast to be there for as many preview performances as possible because they will just be making the Tony nominations deadline.
Also, in most cases, if one of the lead performers (ex: Bernadette Peters) is not there for a scheduled performance, and the audience was not notified ahead of time, the box office may give you a rain-check and allow you to come back when that performer is there....this is mostly for when a lead performer is sick, not on vacation.
