From: North Carolina | posted: 4/23/2012 at 7:27:58 AM ET I went to the concert in Cincinnati yesterday afternoon and it was amazing! Bernadette sounded terrific!
She followed the same set list from the other concerts, except she didn't sing "Shenandoah," "Not A Day Goes By," or "Goodbye For Now." The commentary between songs also seemed to be similar to the other shows, and she always got a good laugh from the audience.
Unfortunately, Bernadette almost didn't make it to the Music Hall that weekend because she tore a ligament in her foot last week. She said she fell out of her shoes and that those shoes are now in the garbage. She didn't seem to have too much of a problem moving around the stage, though, and still (very generously) came out to sign autographs and take pictures with fans after the show. What a trouper!

Thank you so much for sharing I always love reading about peoples experiences at shows. How was the stage door? Do you get an autograph and photo?

The stage door wasn't that crowded; there were only about ten of us waiting. When Bernadette came out, the security guard told us to line up against the wall. Things moved kind of quickly so I didn't really get to say anything to her. Plus, it was cold and windy and I think she was headed to the airport, so I didn't want to take up too much of her time. But, she did sign my SONG AND DANCE Playbill and took a picture with me, so that was really cool!
