| posted: 6/10/2009 at 9:59:54 AM ET I know there has been mention of Bernadette's Adelaide concerts being broadcast. I ran across these articles:
Airdate: Bernadette Peters
and
Adelaide Festival Press Release
The problem is that I can't find any info about the concert on the channels they claim will broadcast it. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Biography Channel: Bernadette
I guess we won't be seeing it in the USA. Ahhh!

From: Edinburgh, Scotland | posted: 6/10/2009 at 4:30:33 PM ET It may show up here too on one of the ARTS channels. I'm still holding out for the DVD though, hope it's in brilliant Blu Ray. I got the Streisand concert in Blu Ray and that does look amazing on my big screen Sony in my living room (50 inches, size does matter when it comes to viewing our Divas on the box.)

| posted: 6/11/2009 at 12:36:35 AM ET I checked the Ovation website and didn't see it listed for the US on that date, I hope it's wrong or it will be broadcast eventually. If they don't show it in the US, I hope they at least release the DVD someday, it's been a long time since she did a concert video.

| posted: 6/11/2009 at 8:03:00 AM ET I researched this as thoroughly as I could, and quite a few websites (proper websites) have mentioned that the concert was filmed for Foxtel and for DVD release. So hopefully those sites don't fail us!
I look forward to getting my hands on a copy of this concert, because I can relive the awesomeness that is Bernadette Peters!
