| posted: 6/2/2008 at 12:37:37 PM ET I just finished watching Bernadette on KTLA's Morning News, and she pretty much just said the same stuff she's been saying lately EXCEPT she mentioned she is probably going to do a TV movie! Yay! She didn't say the name of it, but said it's about some breast cancer drug based on a true story. She hasn't filmed it yet though, so not sure when it will be on.

It doesn't mention Bernadette, but it does mention the drug she mentioned and it does mention it will be filmed in New Orleans, which she also mentioned. So, maybe. She did say "probably" though so maybe casting hasn't been finalized yet. ::crossing fingers::
edit: Haha we found it at the same time! But yeah I think that's it.

Registered: 5/3/2002 | posted: 6/2/2008 at 5:05:32 PM ET Bernadette made it sound like the TV movie is pretty definite for her. The filming actually was scheduled to start today, so she may be heading down to New Orleans very soon. Guess even best selling authors need fallback jobs (especially when they're not getting any of the proceeds from their books).

| posted: 6/2/2008 at 5:53:52 PM ET Wow she's REALLY busy this summer! Book tour, concerts, movie, Broadway Barks. I did notice she did have a concert scheduled for June awhile back (Spokane, WA) that was inexplicably rescheduled, so I guess the movie is the reason why. I hope she at least has a reasonably big part in the movie.

I just saw the movie Sybill (sp?) on tv the other day with Tammy Blanchard. Last year's remake. She was incredible. Good to see her working with Bernadette again.

But there was a tme I was obsessed with Judy and taped that off the tv. I'll have to go watch it now just to see Tammy. But yeah, that was a great movie.
