What kind of car does Bernadette drive?

Actually if you check the comments on her Cerritos concert, she talked about her "car," although I wonder how much she really drives it around at this point. It's the same one referenced in the TV Guide article about David.

Yeah at Cerritos she said that she has a 1974 Toyota Corona that she bought when it was brand new in 1975. And that even though it's old and people make fun of her it's her car and she loves it and doesn't want to get a new one.

The article PTM mentioned was in the Oct 22, 1988 issue of TV Guide. There was a one sentence reference to her car: "Her prize pet in Los Angeles is the only car she has ever owned, a 1974 Toyota on which she has managed, over 14 years, to rack up some 6000 miles."

Don't forget the car that picked her up every night after Gypsy too. It was an older car, but it was something fancy... A rolls royce?

Well at least not in her own car. I wouldn't be surprised if she had a car in NYC for weekend trips upstate or some place. Most people that can afford a car, have one in NYC.

Like when she and Michael were renting a house in CT...with frozen pipes that burst. Oy
They probably drove in their own car there.

I think the Rolls belonged to the driver from her service. She probably does own some kind of a car in New York though. I just don't know what kind. Remember once on the Regis Philbin show she said she didn't drive in New York City?

When I went in Feb 2004 it was a Rolls not sure if it's the same car though.

isn't it impossible to drive around New York city? Any pictures or footage I've seen in movies and stuff always shows the big main roads just packed with taxis!
