The winning bid was $711. Not bad--kind of a bargain, really.

While meeting up with friends on London's beautiful (and sunny) South Bank today ... I came upon a Performing Arts Book & Ephemera Fair on the 2nd floor foyer of our Royal National Theatre (just next door to the Royal Festival Hall).

People there were selling programmes, bills, photos etc., of London's Theatre life throughout the centuries. Among the many stalls selling British theatre and music hall ephemera was a woman who was selling nothing but ... Sondheim ... but only the London productions of his shows.

So, no Berandette ephemera for me to purchase! Boo Hoo.....

But, those Sondheim stall people were all talking about that Bernadette "Into The Woods" dress that was sold on Ebay last night.

Too late to tell the seller but 700 US Dollars might have been upgraded to 700 GB Pounds for that Ebay seller -if only he/she had known!

as Bernadette says....just keep moving on.....
