For any UK BP fans here who haven't yet seen Silent Movie and have not had the pleasure of seeing Bernadette emerge from the inside of a banana skin --- it will screen at 6.00pm this evening (Saturday, 9th September)on ITV4, a very rare outing on British TV for this movie.

as Bernadette says....just keep moving on.....

Just got the new DVD version of this film. It's insane!
I always thought that "Vilma" would be a great name for a cat.

Okay, where in the world is everyone getting these really cool pictures for their avatars? First Jean, and now Scottie. Spill the beans ladies!

(Sorry, really busy/tired..not enough time)

My latest avatar is from a picture printed in the Washington Post in early August. It's by Helayne Seidman, and it was in a small article discussing upcoming concerts.

My avatar is a photo of Bernadette taken here in London in 1998. I know it looks as if she has pushed a cushion up against the wall and is resting rather uncomfortably on it --- but that's only because I forgot to rotate the scan before I sent the picture to Kevin.

Well that explains it. I just turned my laptop sideways and it makes more sense now.

Interestingly it looks like a much more recent picture of her.

For those with Desk-Top PC's it might be easier just to tilt your head

But you're right, it does look like a recent shot of her. Just goes to show how little she changes over the decades. Correction: Her looks have changed ever so slightly but she hasn't really aged at all.

as Bernadette says....just keep moving on.....
