By the way, isnt this an old(er) auction? I know that Broadway Barks was auctioning Beneful stuff on Ebay prior to this years Barks. Why was I thinking that the Apprentice shows were run relatively close to the current time?

I'm not sure about the Beneful/e-bay connection, but I got the sense that this might have been organized specifically for "Apprentice Martha Stewart."
IMHO, Bernadette looked beautiful.

| posted: 10/26/2005 at 10:16:07 PM ET I meant to remind everyone that Broadway Barks would be on tonight's episode (Rochelle was kind enough to tell me); but I forgot. I didn't know for sure that Bernadette would have an appearance.
The episode reairs tomorrow at 8pm and 11pm on CNBC (I believe that's the network?).

"On Wednesday night, October 26, the NBC reality show "The Apprentice with Martha Stewart" will feature a task involving a charity auction for "Broadway Barks." Sponsored by Beneful, this was an extraordinary celebrity auction which took place several months ago."

| posted: 10/27/2005 at 12:07:48 PM ET I was so overwhelmed at the amount of money the auction had raised on the show last night (which was really months ago, but still). It was also such wonderful publicity for the charity to appear on the show the way it did.
Too bad Bernadette wasn't a guest on Martha's daytime taping today. Not that Rosie wasn't a good guest, but it would have been nice to hear Bernadette's thoughts on the aution.
