Sorry if this is too late, but she's about 40 minutes to one hour into the movie! It's the scene when the men land on an island and are suddenly surrounded by animals (lol big shock for Bernadette to be the one with the animals).

If you are watching it on TV usually they show it in two parts. She is at the end of the first part but if they are showing the whole 4 hours, she is about half ways through.

they are showing it in one part but I thinks something like 2hrs 30mins. I hope they don't edit bernadette's part. how long is she in it, is the Circe a vital character to the plot?

Circe is the one who turns Odysseus' men into pigs or whatever. I guess that's kind of important....but I dunno...it's been a long time since I've seen the movie.

I love the entire story of Odyssey, so to me every part is important.
I think if it weren't for Circe, we would not see Odyssius' commitment to his men; he does what she tells him to save his men's lives.
I think it's funny that both Bernadette and Vannessa Williams played the witch in Tinto the Woods, and they both play seductive Goddesses in Odyssey. LOL

What I think is weird is that odysious' (dunno how to spell it) wife apart from being mentally unstable doesn't seem to care about him sleeping with bernadette and vanessa and god knows who else!

Remember, twenty years is a long time. Besides, this is ancient Greek mythology where attitudes were a bit different, to say the least.

They never actually said whether or not his wife knew about him sleeping with them. She wasn't even sure that he was alive; she was just hoping he was.
