It doesn't get ANY better than this. "Later" is so powerful and heartbreaking. "With So Little To Be Sure Of" and "Unexpected Song" are pure joy. Those of us who purchased the copy yesterday at BroadwayBarks are so lucky - I hope the rest of you will run to the record store first thing on Tuesday morning and then run to your cd player.

Regis: I'm looking at you, you know, when I see you on stage, in these Sondheim musicals and these great roles...

Bernadette: I'm not as dippy.

Regis:...You are the personification of all that is, you know, sophisticated, magnificent, and here you are sitting next to me and you're stealing books!

Absolutely pure joy. I love having We're In The Money/Pennies From Heaven on a CD and Have Yourself A Merry Christmas is wonderful.

"And if it wasn't for me then where would you be Miss Gypsy Rose Lee?" -Rose's Turn

Mandy and I listened to it in the car together and were laughing out loud when she says at the end "I just want to say thanks, and Happy Hannukah." And then she goes right into a Christmas song. Haha.

"and this is my back." - Bernadette turning around to take a drink of water. 4/3/05, Boston's Symphony Hall
