ok guys...well it looks like I'm going to have to try and sell my Boston tickets because of a performance gig that just came up the day before the Boston concert. I'm going to have to get tickets for the Pennsylvania concert instead it looks like. However if I can't sell these I'll still end up going--even though I badly want to go to meet many of you--I just don't want to be extremely tired from literally driving ALL night. Ok...so...
if ANYONE is interested...
I have TWO tickets for the Boston concert on Sunday April 3 at 3 P.M. Orchestra Row D seats 35 and 36--these are VERY good seats!!!
Each ticket cost $87.00. So the total cost for both would be $174.00. If you at all interested please contact me ASAP via private message and we can set up some kind of arrangement.
But like I said if I can't sell these I'll still go--but I thought before I went another route I would stop by here first. Just let me...
Justin

how did you get orchestra seats and not have to pay for the gala afterwards?

I got an orchestra seat yesterday and just paid full price. Might it be if you have a subscription?

Mine is a single orchestra seat (4th row) and I didn't have to pay for the gala. Bought it a few months ago.

Unfortunately when tickets first went on sale, there weren't any orchestra seats because they were holding them for would-be subscribers. But those of us who did upgrade did it for a good cause - fundraising for the Boston Symphony programs plus maybe a chance to mingle w/ Bernadette if she goes to the reception after! (It's not really a gala).

Only about 16 more days!

Well I had ordered the tickets many months ago...
anyways...someone actually was interested in the tickets and then couldn't make it...and at the same time my performing gig got switched around...so I will be there after all! Hope to see you guys!

Just wondering...how many people are going to the Boston concert? How many to the reception after? I have tickets to the reception and was interested in meeting some of you in person who might be there as well. Has anyone heard if Bernadette will be at the reception? The last I heard, the people at Symphony Hall weren't totally sure.

Thanks,
Ashley

I will be going to the Boston concert but I don't have tickets to the "reception" afterwards

Hopefully I will be able to find some of you anyways!

Chip, PAFan and I will be at the reception as well. We only upgraded in order to get orchestra seats. The people at Celebrity Series told me that Bernadette has been invited to the reception but is not contractually obligated to attend so they don't know if she will be there or not.

I'm not sure if she was obligated to go to the reception in CA but she did and came out half way through.
