For a moment I fantasized about being at the pre show reception, seeing such an amazing combination of amazing people, then I realized that I would just be a nervous wreck!

The discussion on ATC is now that the theater might release the balcony seats for a lower price. I NEED to get to this one!

Sorry about the blank "message!! Anyway..the more I think about this event,the more I am itching to go! Are the balcony seats really bad? Wish they would televise the show - like the Kennedy honors- Is anyone from the board going? How about anyone outside NYC area- like Buffalo,for instance? Then there's plane fare,hotel,food..and I want to come in the summer for B Barks and a couple of shows!(Anyone still reading!)Forgive me! Dreaming and wishing "if I were a rich WOMAN!!(Gosh, I am boring! This is Buffalo on a slate-gray day excuse!!)

Moljul and I decided that we would go only to find out that the $150 seats sold out immediately. Closer to the event, they might release some more seats for $150. I sat in the balcony of the New Amsterdam for Lion King - they are high but no worse that any other theater.

Two of my friends and I are going. We called right away when the $150 tickets went on sale and were lucky enough to get them. Hopefully they'll release more so more people from this board can go! I'd assume that if it gets closer to the show and there are lots of empty seats, they'll release more at the $150 price since it is a fundraiser and they obviously want to raise as much money as possible, but who knows. I'll definitely report back on Bernadette's roll at the show!
