Maybe they meant that Bernadette's body is natural, whereas Lopez's clothes are designed for women with really fake breast implants (and an intense desire to look like street-walking prostitutes).
Sorry, but that stuff she's pushing just seems so cheap and tacky. Hard to imagine why anyone would want to look that way.
