According to this very brief mention--easy to miss, last sentence, paragraph 5--Bernadette will be doing a concert in Odessa, Texas (in August, according to a post on her official website by someone who read about it in the local paper).

From: NYC | posted: 2/3/2005 at 5:03:43 PM ET I called the Ector Theater and got the low-down. They are working on a press-release for the concert - Playbill subtley broke it. Bernadette will be performing there in August. They are going to have a membership drive and that's about the only way to get access to buy the tickets to see Bernadette. I'm going to join for my Mom!
Odessa and Midland are twin cities in West Texas, about 1/2 way between Dallas and El Paso. Its all about oil and ranching out there. Its very exciting to see the arts finding their place there.

From: northern VA | posted: 2/3/2005 at 10:36:36 PM ET Gotta tell you-there's something special about the arts in Texas. Houston,Dallas, and even Austin (where the arts-along with other groups- took a hit when the Internet bust happened)have neat arts scenes. San Antonio is supposed to have great things too, with an emphasis on Hispanic/Latino arts.

From: NYC | posted: 4/21/2005 at 11:35:42 AM ET I called Ector Theatricals. They have booked Bernadette for August 5th at Chaparral Center in Midland. I've been there before and its a decent size but not huge. Its on the campus of Midland College. Midland is 20 miles from Odessa where the Ector Theater is. The airport is Midland International Airport and is in between both cities. You have to purchase a membership to Ector Theatricals season in order to have tickets for Bernadette - its members only. The music playing on their call waiting from was Bernadette singing Everything's Coming Up Roses!
This is probably more than most people need to know but maybe somebody from West Texas will be lurking about Bernadette and decide to go.

(I'll bet they were confused, she has 2 concerts in October--Pennsylvania, Texas, Long Island, wherever!)
Oh, and we have established that WE are the fan site of record, so correct info is great--the more the merrier.
