I have temporarily turned on account activation. This only affects *new* user accounts being created and only for certain ISPs (only AOL, at the moment).

Basically, if a user is affected by account activation, they will be unable to post until I activate the account. Hopefully this will curb people who were creating multiple accounts for whatever reason.
