Hey All,
I don't know if you are aware of this, but there is a guy named Jeremy who sells a DVD or VHS of a bootleg taped performance of The Goodbye Girl, plus an hour-long TV special on it, for $16 (including shipping). I got it a few days ago and I think it is really worth it. The performance is really grainy, but you get the idea and the special is really cool, it has an interview with BP and lots of rehearsal footage. Here is the webpage...

Not that I am endorsing bootlegs, but I was really curious about Goodbye Girl and I imagine some of you might be too  ....

I just tried emailing him and the email wouldn't go through, it got returned to me.  Hopefully it's just temporarily not working?

you know, aside from the whole bootlge thing, The Goodbye Girl cast recording is great! When I ordered it, i had hesitations (i have no idea why) but I love it! The songs (espeically "a Beat behind" and "My rules/Elliot Garfield grant"). Anyways, for those who don't have it, i would defienently recommend it.
