I just bought the tape of Into the Woods. It's a great production! But I can't figure out how Bernadette's transformation near the end of Act I was done. Does anyone know how she did it? It has me completely baffled.

Yeppers, that's how it works!

She wears a lot of stage make-up and even a fake chin piece during the first act. But when she comes out for the Transformation scene she is wearing a mask and a cloak to cover her dress.
