There is a clip of Bernadette talking about Broadway Barks (and trying, somewhat succesfully, to contain a fidgety dog). To get to it, you can go through the BB site forum, or go directly to NY1.

Oh my God! I love the little puppy sleeping on her side. At first I thought it was a stuffed toy for the other dog. LOL All three were very cute.

I would take that little "mutt" Leonard home in a hearbeat but with my luck he would end up weighing 100 lbs! He was adorable though...as were the other two which looked like Yorkies to me.

My mantra is I WILL NOT FALL IN A LOVE W/ A DOG ON SATURDAY...I LIVE IN A TINY MANHATTAN APARTMENT AND I TRAVEL TOO MUCH FOR A DOG...I WILL NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH A DOG ON SATURDAY...I WILL NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH A DOG ON SATURDAY...
But hopefully I find that perfect little fluffy kitty!

Oh Rose, if you travel a lot, I emplore you to fall in love with 2 little kitties this Saturday. Animals are much happier when they have another companion, particularly when their owner travels. It doesn't cost that much more (my vet gives discounts for the 2nd pet) and the benefits for the animals are numerous. Please think about it.

I'm totally considering it! Before moving to NYC, I had a Pomeranian/Spitz mix dog (he lives w/ Grandma now) and 3 cats. The oldest cat came with me but he has since passed on. I think he was happy enough, but I know he would have enjoyed having a buddy.

awww.. you definitley should adopt 2! then they wont get lonely and they will always have someone to play with AND an even better thing... you are saving a little kitty!

Glad to hear it Rose. It certainly is a big decision and everyone has to make it themselves considering their personal situation but I'm glad you are considering two.

awwwww the little mutt was so adorable. All of them were cute though. I wish I could be there. I love listening to Bernadette talk - she intrigues me. THis is such a wonderful organization. I wish them all the best of luck tomorrow! Wish I was there!
