well i have noooo clue but it could've been a wig too...i remember her sayin in an interview that for shows she wears a wig bc its less hassle...and i know this is different but u never know...

I'm not sure whether it was a wig or hair extentions or whatever but I would definitely venture to guess during her scene with Chopin when he confronts her about the note, I think that is her own hair. It seems darker than her hair is in other scenes and because it is down, well it just looks like her hair. Can't explain my reasoning. But I would guess other times when her hair is up and very intricately designed that it is a wig. I can't imagine they would spend that much time dealing with her hair when they can reach the same effect with a wig.
