In the past, several people have asked about this song which Bernadette sang on Carol & Co. in 1990. Well, I was just playing around on Google and I happened to stumble on a site called Leo's Lyrics which has the lyrics, and credits the song to Craig Safan. From what I can tell Safan specializes in movie soundtracks. It doesn't provide the sheet music, but maybe with the composer's name, it will be easier to track down. Just thought some of you might be interested.

The Next Dream...For 17 years I searched and searched for the lyrics and music to The Next Dream. through this site I found the lyrics. To add the icing to the cake, Mr. Craig Safan sent me the music himself. What an incredible talent and what an incredible gentleman.
