Does anyone where to sit to try and catch Gypsy's glove?

From the times that I have seen the show (twice, I'm happy to say)...it has technically been the first two rows of the orchestra, mostly side area of the center orch. It depends on where Tammy is at the moment (yes there is set staging, I know)....so if you can sit that close (good luck!), you never know!
Enjoy,

Left Orchestra first row--that's where she throws it the 1st time. I sat there last week but she threw it right on the orchestra pit and one of the musicians pulled it threw to retrieve it.
I believe the 2nd time, it's near the Center Orchestra.

During the strip she sings the song 4 times. She throws it the 1st time and then I believe she throws it again the last time. She actually may throw both gloves that time because she's not wearing them at the end of the strip. Not sure if she tosses it to the crowd or drops it in the orchestra pit!

Isn't it part of her clothes that she pitches into the orchestra pit to Marvin, not a glove?

My previous post meant that the piece of clothing is in addition to the gloves.

I agree with the clothing, but not completely sure about the glove. But I do think in the last strip, she tosses both of the gloves into the crowd (I have seen the show 5 times, you'd think I'd know for certain!)

It helps me to remember if I think of the gown and what she says, like so:

1)lilac/purple dress--1 glove gets thrown, Orchestra left** (seats Row A, 1 through7, also A113 are good for catching)
2)blue gown-"I always take my mother's advice..."-she exits stage right--no glove toss;
3)black hat, rose gown, which she removes, center stage, holds hat in front of her "what will I do if big hat go out.."-no glove toss;
4)final scene-Garden of Eden-silver gown--towards end of scene, tosses ONE glove Orchestra right--seats A 2 through 8, also if she's feeling strong, Row B seats 2 -8.

If the glove lands in the aisle or in the netting protecting the musicians, some audience members have grabbed the glove.

Or, make a bid on a signed glove and help the Gypsy folks in their BCEFA campaign here:

ebay auction by Gypsy cast & crew

**all directionals are as if you are sitting in the audience, so Orchestra left is on the left-hand side of the Orch as you are sitting in your seat and looking at the stage, etc.

One is also thrown into the center orchestra section, usually right in front of A 104-5ish

I got the glove! It was signed by all three...Bernadette, John and Tammy...it is really cool!

Thanks everyone. I'm going this summer and now I know which tickets to get. I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
