Every time I hear someone was at Gypsy and how incredible it was,I realize how much I am missing the show, and the whole NY experience! Sigh...

On my one time there I saw Michael Hall and his wife Amy Spangler. The food was better than the usual theater district tourist stuff, and the restaurant a lot more quiet than the usual.
Menu at the link. Note there are a lot of salads, fish and even a few vegetarian items--the friend I usually eat with is a vegetarian when she can be, so this is good for her.
