I got my DVD in the mail today, and I absolutely love it!! For those of you who have it, or have seen it, what is your favorite number?

the song is actually called "Happiness" and its one of my favorite Sondheim songs, from his show Passion. For some reason on the DVD chapter list it lists it as "So much..."

"The child is so sweet and the girls are so rapturous. Isn't it lovely how artist's can capture us?~" Sunday in the Park with George

I'm always a sucker for "I'll Be Seeing You". It gets to me every time. "With So Little to Be Sure Of" is another favorite of mine. The part in the song where she sings "It is marvelous to know you..." is so touching because the way she extends her hand towards the audience during that line shows how much she truly cares about her fans. It's almost as if she is trying to embrace every person in the theatre.

We're In The Money I love it when she asks the in her when she sings in pig latin and Some People it always remindes me of when I saw her in Gypsy.

"Oh no, you won't. No, not a chance. No arguements, shut up and dance."

I love "Not a Day Goes By" as well. I think her rendition is far superior to the one on the Original Broadway Cast Album of Merrily We Roll Along.
I loooove when she hits the high note and sings "and until I die..." , it's right on until.

I think if you own one CD or DVD of Bernadette it must be her Sondheim Etc. or London DVD concert. Simply brilliant! I watch it ALL the time.

One of my cats LOVES to watch Bernadette's London Concert. I kid you not. She will sit in front of the TV for at least an hour to watch it very intently.

Christine, you and I have the same favorites!!! "you can drive a person crazy" is hilarious and ""Raining in My Heart" is sooo sweet! Of course we all know only B.P. could and would start a performance by throwing money at people! She looked gorgeous as usual too....

haha I especially like the part where she attempts to throw the money backward over her shoulder----the face she makes while doing that is histerical.

I dug this thread up for help. I've been really wanting to buy the DVD of this concert, but amazon is selling it for $45 (and it's used). It seems a little steep to me. Anyone know where I can buy it cheaper? (If not cheaper, where can I buy a new copy?)
