does anyone know whether or not this speech is documented on the web, or does anyone know what she said?
Was she as emotional and sweet as when she got one for AGYG?

You can read her Tony acceptance speech for "Song and Dance" on "www.playbill.com", click on "Diva Talk", then search and go to June 5, 1998. They reprinted the speeches of many "divas" on that date, Bernadette's among them. She seemed to be much less emotional when she got the Tony for S&D-she was laughing, smiling, but also seemed pretty controlled.

What a lovely speech. I can imagine her saying the words in my head as a read them. all jokey and coy. you gotta love her! thanks very much for telling me where to find it. I could have been looking forever!
