Seems like kids don't usually have a full year contract in shows, are Heather and Addison still in the show?

Yes, Heather and Addison are still there. As far as I know, the only one who left was Alexandra Stevens (Baby June's understudy) and they added Julianna Rose Mauriello as the understudy for June and Balloon Girl.
