Bernadette guested on The Tonight Show with guest host McLean Stevenson. Other guests included Efrem Zimbalist Jr, Rod McKuen, and Debralee Scott. Bernadette sang "I Love You Too" and discussed performing in USO shows as a child.

Bernadette performed one of the Best Song nominees, "How Lucky Can You Get" from Funny Lady. The show was held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and broadcast live on ABC.
