Bernadette guested on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Other guests included Harvey Korman and Yakov Smirnoff. Bernadette sang "Making Love Alone" and "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" and discussed a friend's wedding at which she was the maid of honor and initially put the dress on upside down.
