The article was about a bill Bernadette is supporting that would allow the elderly to own/adopt pets even in apartment buildings that prohibit cats/dogs. That's as much as I can remember....I read the article this morning and now it will not load for me either.

This is a very worthy bill. My Grandmother is so dependent on her dogs since my grandfather died. I don't know what she would do if a she was affected by a law where she couldn't have another one. I pray that this gets passed
