It's great there are so many more posts on here. For a while, back there, days could go by with no news, now
"not a day goes by" without some great post.
Apologies for the awful pun.

"Tony Award-winning singer and actress Peters, dressed in a form-fitting sequined lavender gown, made her entrance for Act 2, looking alluring, glamorous and much younger than her 63 years."
Like there's a rule or something that says a woman is supposed to look decrepit when she's 63. I know Bernadette is credited with having found the Fountain of Youth, but I wish these articles would focus less on her age and more on her talent.

I just read about a woman in NYC who is in her eighties and is a competititve body-builder and fitness instructor. She is smoking hot. Not just for her age, and I say this as a straight woman. We should quit treating people who age well as freaks and instead say, "So, here's what could happen if you make good lifestyle choices. NO they don't look 25, but they still look amazing, and best of all, they do what they want and aren't held back by weakness or frailty because they exercise and take care of themselves, and you can too." Because I have to say I don't really think Bernadette looks YOUNG anymore...she looks healthy though, and energetic.
