You can send e-mail to her official site, or you can send a letter in care of her publicist (address available on official site). That's it, as far as contact options.

Actually, upon further investigation, it doesn't look like there is a place to send private e-mail on the official site. You can click on "contact" and send an e-mail to the website administrator, but I think that's just for questions about the site and not for fan mail.
