I happen to be in the cast of 42nd Street and he will be joining the cast once his contract is ironed out (and he is done with AGYG).

Actually I read that Tom Wopat will be doing AGYG for a few weeks, but I forget where the theatre is.

As for 42nd St. I just read that the replacement for Julian Marsh was the understudy. Nothing about Tom coming aboard.
