In an article in the St. Petersburg Times (Jan.3) she said that she would start rehearsing "Gypsy" "in about one year", and (I think she said) that Mendes is the director. (You can read it for yourself: "www.sptimes.com", then click on "Weekend" for Jan. 3, and her story is on the first page.)

Just wondering if anyone can help me with a quick question... I've heard that Sam Mendes is directing Gypsy with Ms. Peters. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
