See headers | I saw it.. it was a cute article. It's right on the page before the back -
it talked a little about her career and about AGYG, etc. It's 2 columns
long, so not of a great length, but still nice. The souvenier program is
available now, too, and I believe they shot a new commercial (none of which
feature the kids.. lol. Cassidy [Ladden. she plays Jessie Oakley,
Bernadette's oldest sibling] was telling me all this on the phone this
morning. Well, the souvenier program has that one picture of Mia, but the
kids weren't asked to be in the commercial, and they took Cassidy's solo
away again because it was about sex or something.. anyway, she wasn't happy
with all that, and the fact that the show is basically "a Bernadette
concert. which is fine, but tell people that there are other cast
members! Like people who's solos are taken away and aren't asked to be in
the commercial. No, I'm not bitter." LOL - well, I figure that is what it
is for all of you people, too, because you all love Bernadette!)
Anyway, don't go too out of your way to see the article, but it was very
cute if you can get it.

Did you all see that little clip they had on her about a year ago, and it had
a little picture of her and her husband? I cut it out and kept it in my
scrapbook, and this article's probably headed there too <g>

As much fun as it is to be in a show with a star, that part of it really can
be a drag. I did "Nunsense" several years ago with Pat Carroll (you know,
Ursulla the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid). I busted my ass and nobody
cared a bit. They were there to see Pat!

I just saw Annie Get Your Gun and although my primary focus was Bernadette, I
thought the kids were really cute, especially in "Doin What Comes Naturally."
Although Bernadette is without a doubt the star, I still recognized the rest
of the cast and they did a great job.

Usulla is my all-time fav Disney villain! (Ok, just thought I'd share.) I was
just curious, what part did you play in Nunsense?

Omigod! I loved Tom Wopat! He was such a nice surprise! I was thinking "oh god
it's some dukes of hazard dude" but he can really sing and act and he's really
funny! I thought he was really good.

I was Sister Robert Anne (the tough one who sings "Growing Up Catholic" and "I
Just Wanna Be a Star"). It's a really fun part!

See headers | I've been told I'd make a great Ursulla (no, i'm not fat, lol). I'm in
FIDDLER ON THE ROOF right now, I play Golde. We had a great opening. And
although I knew going in Tevye would get the greatest applause, it's still
hard to sacrafice the spotlight. Oh well, I still get my share. I think DO
YOU LOVE ME does it, ;-). Thanx to you all for all the great wishes and
support.

I agree! And he had improved SOOOOOO much since the first time I saw it
(which was like january first I think...) I was glad that he was on Rosie
with Bernadette, and that she mentioned him soo much. That was nice..,

Actually, my favorite part was doing the imitation of The Wicked Witch of the
West! It was my guaranteed laugh of the evening!

See headers | congrats to everyone who gets to appear with Bernadette..everyone pays their

the fact that their solos were cut....thank goodness they weren't in

Hey, watch it! A friend of mine is in Footloose! I wasn't crazy about the
show either, but I love her! Her name is Robin Baxter and she's the country
singer who opens the second act. And, to keep this on subject, the first show
I ever did with Robin was Annie Get Your Gun - she was Annie (and she was
fabulous!).

she's very good! while Footloose is not a good show, I loved it, I've never
had so much fun! Mindless mindless show, but much fun. At least it doesn't
pretend to have depth like some junk I know of...
