See headers | Hi!
Yesterday, my friend returned from her trip to NY... well, she bought
herself pretty much stuff there, but she also remembered me and my
wish list: she really got me "George M!"!!! I got an recording
of "Dames at sea" too, but the wrong one :((( (the 1989 cast
recording... ). The movies I wanted weren't available: "The last best
year", "Heartbeeps" and "Slaves from New York"... sigh.... anyway,
I'm happy and I wanted to thank everyone of you again for the
suggestions where to go to buy these things!!!!
Have a merry, merry X-mas and happy holidays!!!!
Johanna
P.S.: My friend told me a somehow strange story: is it true that in
some NY-cabs you can hear Bernadette's voice saying something
like: "Hi, my name is Bernadette Peters, please remember to fasten
your seatbelts"?????? That's cool....

Lol yea I heard it before, she said "Annie Oakley took a lot of risks, but
one risk you should never take is not fastening your seatbelts" or something
to that extent :) It was very entertaining. I think that was the time I
had the crazy cab driver who drove on the sidewalk and didn't speak english
:)
