See headers | With all the talk going around about shows we are all doing, I was
wondering if anyone on here could possibly help. I am co-producing and
hopefully will be acting in two-four short Musical theater excerpts
from shows in April and May as part as some one-act play festivals. At
the moment "finalists" for the shows we are doing are (opening number)
"Sunday in the Park With George", (Play Wiz Me & Anyone Can Whistle)
"Anyone Can Whistle, (Getting Married Today) "Company" and (the
rules/elliot garfield grant & good news/bad news) "The Goodbye Girl".
But I am having trouble findign scrips and or sheet music for these?
Can anyone help at all? I would pay to buy scripts or scores, or if
possible, xeroxs of just the songs I need. In particular, I need:
-sheet music to opening number of Sunday (it's not in the vocal
selections book)- I need this ASAP and desperatley!
-sheet music to Anyone Can Whistle (I ordered it off the internet, but
it hasn't arrived in a month). I need this ASAP as well!
-Entire Script & sheet music (just for Getting married today) of
Company- not quite so desperate.
-script of AGYG, act 2 end (from Sun in the morning to Anything you
Can Do)- not quite so desperate.
- Goodbye girl Scrip (beg. act 1) and music for The Rules/Elliot
Garfield Grant.
What I can find in the way of scrips and music will determine which
ones get done! In particular, if you can help iwth the stuff from
Sunday and Anyone can Whistle, I will be in your debt forever and
ever!!! This is for a high-school production, but I'm paying for it
personally, so I am hoping I don't have to buy the 75$ scripts off the
internet- so if anyone can help, please email me personally!
Thanks!

See headers | Write to the Samuel French Co. in Los Angeles. I was up there recently and
their store has EVERYTHING you're looking for. I know b/c I spent most of my
visit at the sheep music section.
